MR. MOUSTACHE

Mr Moustache is the venture of Sydney bar scene newcomes Regina Buenos Ros and Bildo Saravia, who sought to offer up the casual dining and liquour of their homeland of Mexico. Inspired by 19th- and early 20th-century politician and soldier Porfino Díaz, the bar's decor and branding are a nod to Díaz' controversial persona and obsession with French culture. Artwork by The Messieurs, which epitomises Mr Moustache's French-meets-Mexican concept, faces the bar.
